Custom glass door was not installed where measured and pointed out just before the installation. Because it was not installed where it was measured, the gap left in the door is too wide resulting in water on the floor with every shower. Their solution was to aim the shower head away from the door. Since he had been paid, no way was he coming back to correct his error. Apparently the door was not measured correctly the first time so they placed the door to compensate for their error. Going to pay another contractor to fix their error since I don’t want water on my floor with every use. Going to share this on Nextdoor and other neighborhood apps where a list of this type of service is regularly reported. I would not recommend this company.

Lonny and his team were amazing from the time I called in with my window repair to the time he came out and fixed it. It was an older window and also located in a tricky spot. A smaller job probably for his level of expertise, which i was extremely grateful. The cost was super affordable and will definitely call them again for any other window snd glass needs.
